The selected team of national swimmers heading to Jamaica for the XXXIII Carifta Swimming Championships is set depart the shores of Trinidad on Friday 30th March where they will embark on 4 days of steep competition against home country, Jamaica, and other competing islands.

Tobago YMCA Aqua Warriors swimmer, Ornella Walker, has been selected as one of the four national captains alongside teammates Ileana Bocage, Jeron Thompson and Kael Yorke to lead the 33rd edition of the Trinidad and Tobago National Carifta team into battle.

 

The Trinidad and Tobago National Carifta Swim Team had their last training session of Saturday 24th March in preparations for their departure. The Swimming Championships would take place from March 30th – April 4th in Kingston, Jamaica at the National Aquatic Centre.
